About Faxon - Faxon got his start in sports broadcasting just 4 years ago, co-hosting “Beyond 22” with Terrence Oglesby and “4th & 16” with Ellis Tolbert. He’s quickly ascended the broadcasting ladder, accumulating over 300 games of PxP broadcasting experience across the Clemson Athletic Network, ACCN, and ESPN+ all while an undergrad student at Clemson University.

A recent Clemson graduate, Faxon is in his 2nd year serving as the play-by-play voice for the Tri-County Technical College High School Football Game of the Week.

Faxon is a Suwanee, GA native who was born and raised a Clemson fan.

About Sam - Sam Jones brings a whole new perspective to The ROAR with his youth and excitement to be back at the station. Sam’s start came with The ROAR, working as an on-air intern at the station during his undergraduate studies. He has featured as a color commentator for ESPN+ on numerous broadcasts at both Furman University and the University of South Carolina Upstate over the past two years.

Additionally, he is entering his 1st season as color commentator for the Tri-County Technical College High School Football Game of the Week. A recent Clemson graduate, Sam is originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania.

About Joanne - Joanne Bethea is a South Carolina native who is all too familiar with the love this state has for HS FB. Her experience in sports broadcasting began at Clemson where she interned with Clemson Insider and WSPA. After graduating she took her talents to Falmouth, MA where she sideline reported for the Falmouth Commodores. Now back in SC, this will be her first year working on the HSFB Game of the Week. 

Joanne is from Dillon, SC and grew up a Clemson fan her whole life with a father who played on the 1981 national championship team.
